This consultancy generally takes the form of discusions with all interested parties within an organisation to identify their business needs for a system and their organisational capabilities to deliver and support it within the business.
Following consultation a report is delivered to you detailing the identified needs, proposing alternative solutions, identifed capabilities within your organisation, areas of responsibility in the implementation and a practical timeline to deliver it.
This report can then form the basis to enable you to choose the appropriate solution and the creation of a detailed implementation plan.
