Today, as well as adding valuable new customers for new solutions, we continue to work with customers who became our partners in the early days - although what we do for them now may bear little resemblance to what we started off doing.
Providing and retrieving information, its associated technologies and the services providers need have changed and continue to change - constantly. Today we are hearing different requests for assistance. Most providers have had their systems built and are now looking to fine tune and improve them. They want to improve performance and efficiency. They want to offer their users and customers more content and features. They want to reduce costs including those for resources and support contracts. Many want to outsource the operation of their systems and return to focussing on the core of their activity – their content.
