The move to using Facebook for business communications and the growth of networking sites like LinkedIn are opening up a whole new area of CRM applications.

LexisNexis’ Streamline chosen by Farrer & Co. Print E-mail

Farrer & Co LLP, a leading London-based law firm, has installed the umbrella Streamline suite from LexisNexis as its new business process management platform. The firm says that Streamline will form part of their long term IT strategy to bring together core legal applications to reduce operational inefficiencies and deliver enhanced client service. When fully implemented, Farrer are looking to Streamline to create a seamless, integrated business environment by linking together the firm’s existing applications for the systems’ 350 users at the firm.
