Catalysts Limited

Over the coming few weeks Catalysts is transforming itself into a virtual business. Most of our IT infrastructure is already web based and we have chosen a VOIP based communication system from an excellent UK company called Gradwell dot Com Limited (which we can recommend most strongly) which will allow us to be more flexible.

There will be a number of benefits in this for our customers though the change is likely to be imperceptible. The benefits include the following:

• The new communications system, being more flexible, will allow improved access to members of staff.
• We will have more time available to devote to your issues, as our staff currently live in a widely spread geographical area and spend a lot of otherwise productive time travelling to work.
• We will be doing our bit for the environment by reducing vehicle and building based emissions.
• We will have no geographical limits on where we can recruit staff from. We already have contractors working with us in New Zealand and Florida. In the UK we will increasingly be able to have staff/contractors located within reasonable reach of customers all over the country.
• We will be able to maintain competitive rates as we will be reducing our overheads whilst actually improving other aspects of our service.
