Catalysts InfoSearch training
Once your Catalysts InfoSearch system is implemented, staff training is the next stage in your implementation process. Training allows you to get the most from your investment. Your people benefit from increased confidence and Catalysts’ experienced engineers will help them master their powerful new tool.
Depending on your needs, your InfoSearch training can be held on-site or delivered remotely as a webinar. Your training needs are determined by the configuration of your individual system. For example, if you choose the SaaS version of InfoSearch, key members of your admin team might require training. If you opt to run Catalysts InfoSearch on your own servers, training might also be needed for your technical team.
Catalysts InfoSearch support
Catalysts put the service into SaaS! This service includes on-going support throughout your contract. Full details will be included in your SLA (service level agreement).
Catalysts’ UK-based phone helpdesk is usually available during normal office hours, depending on the terms of your SLA. Overseas users can also choose to email the support team if it’s more convenient.
If you prefer, you can contact the Catalysts helpdesk using the online support system. This automatic email system raises a ‘ticket’ when the helpdesk is contacted and keeps you informed about the progress of your support request.
