Recently we have seen one issue growing in importance for everyone we work with. It is the necessity for organisations to prepare themselves better for an increasingly uncertain future. It is an issue of being aware of what might be around the next corner – good and bad, opportunities, risks and threats – and being ready to deal with them effectively.

Long gone are the days when management had the time to spot what was on the way and prepare for it. Increasingly it is now a case of - if you have seen it then it is already too late.
